Connect the shop floor with ERP and MES

Integration connects the collected events with the applications used to plan and manage production. We define the source of work order and product information, the destination of actual production records and the validation rules between systems.

ERP, MES and database interfaces are assessed as part of discovery. The project needs an agreed approach to data accuracy, communication interruptions and the ownership of production records.

Validate a pilot before expanding

A pilot machine or process helps confirm that the recorded events match the operation. Counts, downtime boundaries and operator input are reviewed with production staff before the approach is extended to further lines.

Delivery includes the agreed reporting, integration, tests and user handover. Existing machines, communication capabilities and reporting priorities provide the basis for the project scope.
