01
What do we need for an ESET quotation?
ESET pricing is not one fixed amount. Product family, plan, device or user count, term and services are reviewed together. For business purchases, separate computers, servers and cloud users to make scope clear. Deployment and technical support are listed separately where required.
- ✓Devices, servers and cloud users to protect
- ✓Operating systems and current security software
- ✓Existing product name and subscription expiry
- ✓Purchase, renewal, expansion or upgrade
02
Plan renewal before expiry
Identify expiry and the managing account in advance to reduce transition risk. Review active devices, departing users and new servers before renewal. Check current eligibility for any capacity or plan change. Once renewed, confirm subscription status and device activation in your account.
03
Distinguish deployment support from licensing
A license does not automatically include a pilot rollout or ongoing monitoring. State deployment devices, timing, policy scope, support channel and service duration in the quotation. Advanced modules or ESET MDR have separate licensing and service terms. This aligns expectations for both the product and operational support.
04
From quotation to rollout
Start with requirements and inventory, then receive an appropriate product recommendation and current quotation. Based on the agreed scope, define account permissions, rollout and any pilot devices. After activation, check protection status and management connectivity. Include responsibilities and compatibility for existing Acronis backup infrastructure in the plan.
